Sarah Fifer CMT

Sarah has always been interested in anatomy and kinesiology. After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The Juilliard School, she went on to Northwestern Health Sciences University for her certificate in Massage Therapy. While at NWHSU she learned the comprehensive assessment of soft tissue health and mobility, Trigger Point Therapy and rehabilitative massage for diverse populations. Special interests include movement therapy, fascial work and sports medicine. Through her time as a massage therapist she has always worked with chiropractors to help her clients reach their highest potential for daily living.
