The day of your appointment:

Our testing is performed on a strict time schedule, so please be on time. The following reminders will help make your visit go more smoothly.

• Do not take any supplements or unnecessary medications for four hours before your appointment.

• Please drink a lot of water for 24 hours before your visit. We will need you to be well hydrated.

• Do not wear pantyhose or clothes with very tight sleeves, as they will interfere with the testing procedures.

• Do not wear any jewelry. You may wear your wedding ring.

• Please do not take any aspirin or pain medication for 12 hours before being tested, if possible.

• Do not consume alcohol for 12 hours before your appointment.

• Please do not wear perfume, strong smelling deodorant, fragrances, essential oils, hand lotion, aftershave or cologne on the day of your visit. (before or after).

• Please schedule appointment so that you are not being tested during the first three days of you menstrual cycle.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so no later than noon

two (2) business days prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• We may be performing several tests during your visit. You will be filling out an extensive questionnaire and speaking with the doctor. Expect to be here at least one hour.

• At the end of your visit you may be given some instructions and a list of foods to avoid for 24 hours.

• Please eat before your appointment. You may be asked to avoid food for a short time after your visit or to eat very little. Do not come to the office hungry.

If you receive a treatment on the first visit:

• You may not shop for eight hours after the visit. So please shop in advance of your visit.

• You may not go to a restaurant for eight hours. (for any reason)

• You may not visit a hair salon, barber shop, or nail salon for twelve hours after being treated.

• You must avoid all chemicals for twelve hours, so please refuel your automobile before your visit.

• You may not bathe or shower for eight hours after treatment, so please shower before your visit.

• Do not chew gum, use breath mints, drink anything except water or eat anything after arriving for your visit.

• Not permitted for twelve hours after treatment: Massage, Acupuncture, Vigorous Exercise, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room or Swimming.

• You may not consume alcohol for twelve hours after treatment.

• Do not eat a large meal after treatment.

• You may be given a list of additional things to avoid for twenty four hours after treatment.

The restrictions above are designed for the worst case scenario.

We have designed these suggestions based on years of practical experience. You may be able to break some or all of the rules and do just fine, or you may bend one rule and have to repeat the visit. You will have the best chance for success if you follow all the suggestions. The restrictions are to be followed for 24 hours, a small price to pay for a long term benefit.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the difference the Bio-Allergenix treatments have made to our family! The freedom and ease it has given our children to be able to go anywhere is truly remarkable. My 6 year old twins were born as full-term, healthy babies. At 4 months old they began – especially my son- to develop serious eczema on their cheeks. At about 8 months old, my son would wheeze and have asthma symptoms and would never know when it would occur. We had to carry a nebulizer machine in case one of these episodes at any time.

At 2, we discovered that our son was deathly allergic to peanuts and cashews. That aspect of his reaction is surprisingly the easiest to manage. At 4, his sister began having the wheezing episodes and we were able to identify cats, hay and pollen as possible causes. This seemed to be consistent for her brother as well.

We found out when our daughter was a year old, that she was allergic to egg, peanut, and milk. Although her reactions were not severe, we still had to avoid them and this made mealtime very complicated. There were times when she would have to eat separate meals than the rest of us and she had to learn what she could eat and what her brothers could eat. There was planning to be done when we went to other people's houses. It can be costly too, buying special milk and food. When Dr. Jim told us about his new machine we were excited. The procedure was easy and painless! Now she can eat all the foods we eat. She loves telling everybody she can drink the same milk as her brothers.

We are writing to thank you for all the happiness you have recently brought to our family. It has truly been life changing! Thanks to the introduction of Bio-Allergenix we are on track to soon be free of not only our pet and seasonal allergies, but also our severe food allergies.

My husband and I were very skeptical at first when hearing about the Bio-Allergenix machine and the cold laser treatments. My husband has been a long time sufferer of allergies such as almond, cat and seasonal allergies. He has had to endure painful shots and consume various medications since he was a child. Since receiving treatments from your office, he is now allergy free from almond and cat and has not been bothered or had to take medicine for his seasonal allergies. This is extremely helpful since he owns his own roofing and siding company and works outdoors all year long.

Our sons, Will and Keegan, suffer from dog, egg and peanut allergies. Their reactions to the egg and peanut were considered so severe that they would experience an anaphylactic reaction if consumed. Will started his treatments, and to our amazement, even though he was only 3 years old, he sat very patiently and received treatments for all of his imbalances. Once it was time for his annual allergy test with his allergist, it was confirmed that his egg allergy had indeed been eliminated and his peanut allergy had been reduced in half.

Keegan is a different story. How do you get an 18 month old to sit still for testing or treatments? Since we treated him for his confirmed allergies, dog, egg and peanut, his dog allergy has been eliminated. We count the days until Keegan can sit still long enough to benefit from the full affects of the Bio-Allergenix and its treatments.

You are so great with the boys and they love coming to visit you. The process is absolutely pain free and drug free. Our boys walk into your office smiling and leave smiling! Hi, Dr. Jim.

I wanted to thank you for introducing me to the Bio-Allergenix diagnostic and therapeutic tool that you offer through your practice. Since taking the Bio-Allergenix treatments, I have noticed two major improvements in my overall health.

First, I have noticed a marked decrease in my sensitivity to onions. Over the course of my adult life, I have experienced a lot of digestive distress whenever I consumed foods containing onions. Since taking the Bio-Allergenix treatments, I am able to consume onions with no ill effects. No more picking through my food or asking about ingredients when going out to a restaurant or a family picnic. That is simply amazing!

Second, I have noticed the texture of my face is much smoother and the redness from my rosacea has disappeared. I have dealt with the condition of rosacea for most of my adult life. It is a skin condition that causes inflammation of the cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead. It has even affected my eyelids during especially bad flare-ups. I have used gels prescribed by a dermatologist but that seemed to simply dry out my skin and not help the situation under the surface. It took a couple of weeks after my Bio-Allergenix treatment but I have seen an obvious improvement in my complexion. The small rash and bumps that usually covered my cheeks are almost completely gone. Again...amazing!
